CANCELLATION POLICY
To preserve the quality and intimacy of our sessions, we observe a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled class will be processed without penalty.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the class time will result in forfeiture of the class credit and the session will be charged in full.

Please cancel directly by contacting our front desk staff or by accessing your account via our website or app.
Why This Policy Exists
Our Core Collective Sessions are intentionally small in size so we can provide truly individualized instruction, meticulous attention to form, and an elevated studio experience. As a result, each reservation is meaningful. Timely cancellations allow waitlisted members the opportunity to attend, uphold fairness within our community, and support the sustainability of our studio.

NO-SHOW POLICY
If you do not attend a scheduled class, the class credit will be forfeited.
We kindly ask that you cancel whenever possible to honor the time and preparation of our instructors, who often adjust their schedules to be present for you.
Members who no-show more than three (3) times will have booking privileges suspended for 30 days.
COMMUNICATION
We are a small, hands-on team.
We do not typically respond to email over the weekend unless the matter is urgent. Please allow 2–3 business days for a response, though we aim to reply sooner whenever possible.
All membership and account-related requests must be submitted via email. We typically do not address such inquiries via social media.
ARRIVING LATE
We respectfully request that you arrive on time. Sessions cannot be extended to accommodate late arrivals, and late entry may disrupt the experience for both members and instructors.
If you are new to the studio, please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and set-up.

CAN I PARTICIPATE IF I'M PREGNANT?
Yes — however, medical clearance from your physician is required prior to participating during pregnancy.
WHAT IF I'M NEW TO WORKING OUT?
We're delighted you're beginning your journey with us. Our private and semi-private format allows us to meet you precisely where you are, whether you're brand new or returning after time away.
If you're new to Pilates or to movement in general, please let us know in advance so we can ensure you feel confident and supported from day one. Signature Start is typically the ideal place to begin. If you'd like guidance, email us and we'll happily recommend the best next step.
HOW DO I BOOK AND MANAGE CLASSES?
The simplest way is through our app. From the homepage, you can view upcoming reservations and manage bookings.
To cancel in the app:
Select the booked session
Tap View
Tap Cancel Reservation
Alternatively, sign in via My Account on our website and navigate to the Bookings tab to view past and upcoming reservations.
WHAT IS YOUR MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY?
To cancel a membership, we require 30 days' notice via email to our management team at hello@kzpilates.com.
CAN I PUT MY MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD?
Yes. Please review the options below.
Term Memberships (e.g., 3-month, 12-month)
Non-medical freeze:
Up to four (4) weeks per calendar year
Minimum freeze: two (2) consecutive weeks
One two-week freeze per year is complimentary
A second two-week freeze within the same calendar year is available for a $50 fee
Medical freeze:
Up to three (3) months per calendar year
Minimum freeze: two (2) consecutive weeks
No fee
Requires a doctor's note specifying the freeze start date and the date you are cleared to resume exercise
Additional notes:
Freezing pauses billing; billing automatically resumes at the end of the freeze.
Any studio bookings made during a freeze will immediately terminate the freeze.
Class Packs
All class packs (excluding Signature Start) expire 90 days from purchase and cannot be frozen.
We do our best to accommodate our members whenever possible. Please email us with any questions or special circumstances.
WHEN DOES MY MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATE?
Memberships and class packs activate on the date of your first visit, which must occur within 28 days of purchase. If you need to adjust your activation date, please email us.
DO YOU HAVE INTRO OFFERS?
Yes. Our Signature Start (New Clients) includes:
1 Private Pilates Session
2 Core Collective Sessions
$300, expires 14 days from purchase
WHAT IF I'M LATE?
We understand that schedules shift. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in. Please note that sessions cannot be extended due to late arrival.
DO YOU HAVE WATER ON SITE?
Yes. We offer complimentary Aqua Panna, as well as fresh water filtered through our studio Berkey system.
DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS OR TOWELS?
We do not have showers. We provide complimentary towels, and sticky socks are available should you prefer them during your session.
WHAT ARE CORE COLLECTIVE SESSIONS AND WHAT SETS THEM APART?
Core Collective Sessions are Kevyn's signature semi-private, equipment-based Pilates sessions, designed to deliver boutique-level instruction within the momentum and accountability of an intimate group.
Unlike one-size-fits-all reformer classes, Core Collective Sessions emphasize:
Hands-on, highly attentive teaching
Real-time form corrections and intelligent modifications
Goal-based progressions tailored to your body and experience
Carefully curated programming by focus and apparatus (Cadillac, Chair, Reformer, or purposeful combinations)
Sessions range from strength-forward and athletic to deeply restorative, all within a serene, elevated studio environment. Appropriate for beginners through advanced practitioners, with clear pathways for meaningful progression.
